Took this through the farmers market and the zoo on the same day, and my shoulders didn't ache once. The padded straps actually sit where they're supposed to instead of digging in. My 18-month-old fell asleep in it and stayed asleep through the whole transfer to the car.

Wore it for a two-hour hike with my 20-pound toddler and my back honestly didn't ache afterward. The waist belt does most of the work, which I wasn't expecting, and my kid fell asleep in it both times.

The shoulder straps distribute weight so well that my back isn’t screaming after a long hike, and the padding feels plush even with a heavier toddler. I’ve used it for grocery runs and park days, and the versatility really shines. It’s become my go-to for anything longer than a quick trip.
