The padded straps actually made a difference on our trip to the zoo — my shoulders didn't ache after three hours of carrying my toddler. It adjusts quickly too, so my husband and I can swap without a fight.

Took this on a two-hour hike with my 18-month-old and my shoulders weren't screaming by the end, which never happened with our old carrier. The adjustable straps actually stay put instead of sliding loose every few minutes.

The way the weight spreads across both shoulders makes a huge difference—my toddler falls asleep in it within minutes and I can actually keep my hands free for groceries. It’s sturdy enough for our daily park walks and still feels light on my back.
