The two length options actually saved me, since I'm short and the standard size dug into my hips. Now it sits right and my newborn naps against my chest while I get dishes done.

My baby basically lives in this thing during the day, and the fabric stays soft even after a few washes. The newborn fit feels secure without squeezing him, which was my main worry. Naps happen way faster when he's strapped against my chest.
